5 Minutes to warm up

2 T&G, Athlete chooses weight.
Smooth, TnG, any miss = automatic drop to lighter weight.

B. Conditioning
For time, in teams of 2:
100/80 Cal Row
100 Power snatches (115/75)

Divide any way you choose as long as its equal

Time Cap: 15:00

Extra Credit: GHD Sit Ups
