AHH the first of April...know what that means???  April is finally here!! I guess that means winter is over...for reals this time... lets go outside and get kuh-rayyy-zayyy!

A. Back Squat 1RM
B. Back Squat 20 RM
C. FS 1 RM
D. FS. 20 RM
E. 5 rounds for time:
326 air squats
OH walking lunges around the block* (45/25 plate overhead)
100 burpee pull ups
*During the lunges around the block, everytime you hear someone honk their car's horn do 60 burpees.
