12 Overhead Squats (pvc or appropriate barbell)
5-10 Push-Ups
8 Ring Rows

A. Strength: Overhead Squats (15 minutes)
Work to a heavy 5 (not a 5RM) with a 5 second pause at the bottom of the first 3 reps.

B. Conditioning
EMOTM: 7
8 Thrusters (95/65) and 8 C2B

Improve on your performance on 12/22/2017

Aim to scale less and/or complete the prescribed reps in the same or less time.

30 GHD SUs
40 Ab-mat sit ups
80 Double unders (150 singles)
