Toy soldiers x1 length of the gym
Butt kickers x1 length of the gym
Karaokes  x1 length of the gym
Broad jumps  x1 length of the gym
A: Strength: Back squats
18 minutes to establish a new 1RM
B. Conditioning
 "Déjà Vu All Over Again"
For time:
40 Front squats* (155/105)
*EMOTM 5 burpees, including the start.
Time cap: 12 minutes.
