A. Strength/Skill: Hang Cleans
12 mins to work up to a heavy complex of:
1 hang high pull + 2 hang cleans
B. Conditioning:
Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps
"DT" is in honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.
"DT" has a special place in my (coach Elie's) heart. It was the first CrossFit workout I ever saw. I walked into a gym and saw coach Andrew (and some other beasts) doing some crazy workout thing and I had to know what was up...
