With an empty bar or PVC:
4 Hang power cleans
4 Power cleans

4 Front squats

4 Cleans
x 3

A, 18.2a Prep: Cleans (15:00)

Work up to your opening weight in 18.2a )(80%-85% of your 1RM Clean)

These cleans can be power or full.

B. Conditioning:
