50ft Walking Lunge

Strength: Bulgarian Split Squats

4 x 8 (each Leg)


You may use a barbell, DBs or KBs. Front rack or farmers carry, or mixed are all good options. You may also try a set or two in each. (12:00)

800m Plate Run (45/35, each, together)
400m Run
200ft Plate Overhead Walking Lunge (45/35, cumulative)
100 Burpees
50 C2B


Partners run together. Both partners will be carrying a plate for the plate run. Carry the plate anyway you choose
All other movements can be divided anyway you choose - equally.
