WU. Snatch Complex (with empty barball)
3 RNFT:
5 power snatches (from shin)
5 HPS (above knee)
5 Snatch balances
A. 15 minutes to establish a Snatch 1 RM for the day.
B. AMRAP 20 mins:
40 wallballs
30 snatches (75/55)
30 wallballs
30 snatches (95/65)
20 wallballs
30 snatches (115/75)
10 wallballs
ME snatchs (135/85)
