A. Weighted Pull ups:
10 mins to establish a 1RM
If you was still working on getting your first pull up spend this time working on negatives, rows and other scaling options.
B. "Angie"
For time:
100 pull ups
100 push ups
100 sit ups
100 squats
"Angie" is a benchmark WOD. So, if you can Rx it you might earn your place on the benchmark leader board!
