WU. Barbell Complex
A. Strength/skill: 
Clean & Jerk
20 minutes to hit a C&J 1RM.  (Keep the volume on the low side)
B. Conditioning:
30 clean and jerks for time. (135/95)
"Grace" is a benchmark WOD. If you can Rx it you stand a chance at getting on the leader board.  
This is meant to be a fast metcon.  13 min cap. Scale accordingly.
