ME Wallballs 30 secs
rest 30 seconds
ME Pullups in 30 secs
rest 30 seconds
ME jumping lunges in 30 secs
rest 30 seconds
ME Ring dips in 30 secs
rest 30 seconds
score is total reps accumulated over all 4 rounds.
