15 minutes to find a 1-rep-max back squat (0:00-15:00)
10 minutes to find a 1-rep-max shoulder press (15:00-25:00)
15 minutes to find a 1-rep-max deadlift (25:00-40:00)
All lifts must be completed within their allotted times in order to count toward your score.
