5 Hang power snatches

A. Strength: Back squat (15 minutes)

3 x 5 @ 70% (Deload)

B. Condititiong: (20 minutes)

5 minutes to complete:

400m run for time (rest remainder of time)

5 minutes to complete:

500m row for time (rest remainder of time)

5 minutes to complete:

400m run for time (rest remainder of time)

5 minutes to complete:

500m row for time (rest remainder of time)

There is no additional rest between 5:00 windows. Record the time for every set.
