Mobility: Quad/Calf/Glute/Hamstring 

Warmup: 800m Med Ball Run

Strength: Back Squat (20 min)

Build up to a heavy 5. 1 set of 5 repetitions. 

* Aim to add 5# from 7/22/2016

Conditioning:

AMRAP 10

40 Front Squats (135/95)

30 Chest to Bar Pullups

Max Effort Burpees over Bar (with remaining time)

*Score = Total reps of burpees over bar
