3 Power Cleans + 2 Jerks (1 x 3 + 2)

You may drop the bar between power cleans. Jerks and be push or split or one of each (thats what I did)

Burpee Box Jump Overs

 

Use a weight you can hit 10 unbroken relatively easily when fresh. Scale wisely...
