5 x (each hand), with a light KB
1 Front rack squat
1 Front Rack Squat with 2 Presses at the bottom
1 OHS

 

Focus here should be on body positioning and getting comfortable with weight overhead while in the bottom of a squat

 

A. Strength: OHS (Tempo) (20:00)
Build to a heavy set of 5 with a TEMPO*
Then, 3 x 5 @ 90% of heavy 5

*First 3 reps tempo @ 3/3/X/0

 

B. Conditioning
AMRAP 5
6 OHS (135/95)
8 Burpees Over the Bar
12 KB USSR

Extra Credit: GHD SUs
Accumulate 50-125
