3 RFQ:

5-10 Chin ups

10 Jumping squats

50' Walking lunges

A. Strength: Back Squat (24 minutes)
3-5 x 5 @96% of your 5RM

B. Conditioning
50 Bar-facing burpees for time.

Cap: 6 minutes

This is a great test of mental toughness and lactic tolerance.
Focus on breathing and proper footwork and go fast.  

Extra Credit: GHD sit ups

Accumulate between 30-110.
