3 RFQ:
12 Overhead Squats (pvc or appropriate barbell)
5-10 Push-Ups
8 Ring Rows

A. Strength: Back Squat (10 minutes)
1 x 20 @75% of your 5RM

B. Conditioning
AMRAP 18:
6 BMUs (10 jumping BMUs*, 12 c2B, 18 C2Rings)
8 Front Rack lunges (115/75, alternate, 4/4)
12 Burpees over the bar
8 Front Rack lunges (115/75, alternate, 4/4)

*Jumping BMUs are a good scale for athletes that have 5+ unbroken C2B - but still inconsistent with BMUs.
Extra credit: GHD SUs
