WU. Hip and shoulder mobility
7 Hollowrocks/superman's on bar (kipping practice)
7 Thrusters (empty bar)
7 Burpee pull ups
A. Conditioning

For time; working/resting every other minute. You will have 60 seconds to work and then you must rest 60 seconds:
100 C2B
125 S2OH (95/65)
150 Back squats (95/65)

Work from 0:00 to 1:00, rest from 1:00-2:00, work from 2:00-3:00, rest from 3:00-4:00, etc.

Time cap: 45 minutes
Scale reps and weight and needed.
