10 Russian KBS
10 GHD back extensions
 
A. Strength: 
Front squats 
5 x 3 @83% of your 1RM
if you do not know your 1rm take this time to find a 1rm.
 
B. Conditioning:
For time:
45 front squats* (135/95)
*EMOM 5 over the bar burpees.
