Build to a heavy complex of
1 strict press + 2 push presses + 3 Jerks (push or split OK)

B. Conditioning

15 S2OH (135/95) (appropriate weight: 10-15 unbroken when fresh)
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs (Burpee box jumps is fine if its too crowded)

Extra Credit: Bottoms up KB presses
