5-10 Strict pull ups

10 Burpees

A. Strength: Front Squats (20 minutes)

4 x 4 @85%

B. Conditioning:

As fast as possible:

28 Thrusters (95/65)

45 pull ups

17 Thrusters (95/65)

Your goal should be to get close to or beat your "Fran" time. 

Time cap: 10 minutes
