WU. 2 RNFT:
10 squat plate press outs
10 KBs (USSR)
A. Strength: Back Squat
A1) 12 minutes to establisha heavy 1
A2) E3MOTM for 12 minutes (4 sets)
         8 Back squats at 60% of A1
B. Conditioning:
AMRAP 6 mins:
Squat cleans (165/115)
If you can not squat clean you can do 1 power clean + 1 front squat.
