WOD - Monday, 7/27/2015

Hey gang, 
Hope y'all rested up cause we got a big week in store for you.  this week is going to be "GAMES" week.  Each day we will take on a WOD that is inspired by a workout from this weekend's CrossFit Games.  The CrossFit Games is weekend long event where the world's top CrossFit athletes compete against each other for the title of "World's fittest man/woman."
A. Strength: Back Squat
5 x 2 @89%
B. Conditioning: The "Triangle Couplet"
For time:
15 - 10 - 6
Thrusters 
C2B pull ups
HR push ups
Rx = 115/75, Rx+ = 135/95, bar muscle ups instead of the C2B/HRPUs

Bar muscle ups
Ahnold week was blissful. We miss you already, Ahhnie.
Although...I have a feeling we'll be seeing him again soon....
