12 mins to establish a 3 RM (from rack)
B. Strength: Back squats
E3MOTM for 12 minutes (4 sets)
8 back squats (+2.5# - 5# from last week) (see your notes from 6/29/2015)
C. Conditioning:

30 Pull ups
40 double unders
