Its Halloween!! So I made today's conditioning very scary.

WU. 
Snatch complex
3 High hang muscle snatches
3 hang snatch pulls
3 Snatch pulls
3 Power snatches
x 3
A. Strength: Snatch
12 minutes to work up to a heavy double (touch and go)
B. Conditioning:
5 RFT:
400m run
20 Ring dips
500m row
7 Power snatches (135/95)
Time cap: 40 minutes

We will be holding a costume contest during Saturday's WOD. Best costume will be awarded a very special prize.
