Warm-up
With an empty bar or PVC:
4 Hang muscle cleans
4 Hang power cleans
4 Strict presses
4 Power cleans
4 Jerks (push or split OK)
x 3

Strength: Power Clean + Power Jerk (16:00)

1 x (2 + 2)
Build up to a heavy complex of 2 Power Cleans + 2 Jerks.

You may reset after the first PC

Metcon
AMRAP 9:
3 Power Clean and Jerks (185/125)
3 Muscle Ups (6 Burpee C2B)
3 Box Jumps (30"/24")

THIS WORKOUT IS MEANT TO MAXIMIZE YOUR POWER OUT PUT. Scale so movements are challenging but you can consistently move throughout the entire workout. Aim for at least 5 rounds.
