Warm-up

35 Double Under (:45 practice)
7 OHS (empty bar or PVC)
50ft DB Walking Lunge (, light DB, 25ft turn around)
 

Strength: DB Overhead Walking Lunge 

8 x 50ft. (50/35, 70/53 KBs if you nasty)

1 DB/KB. Turn around at 25ft. Switch arms at the 25ft. Every 25ft should be unbroken. This is a movement we could see in The Open
