Split jerk foot work technique

then

3 RNFT

7 power cleans (empty bar)

7 jerks (empty bar)

A. Strength: Clean and jerk complex (15 minutes)

work up to a heavy complex of:

1 power clean + 3 jerks

B. Conditioning

With a partner, with a partner

Buy in: 800m run (1x around the block, must be together)

then

60* power clean and jerks (135/95)

then 

cash out: 800m run (together)

Clean and jerks are performed one/one for all 60 reps (30 each athlete), Partner A hits one then partner B hits one...
