Warm-up: Handstand Walk Practice
Practice kicking up to a wall, freestanding, Rolling out/bailing, obstacle course, etc.

Strength: Bench Press (25:00)

**SUPERSET**
12 Barbell Front Rack Lunge (6/6, Alt., you pick the weight)
50ft Suitcase Carry (AHAP, each arm)
After each set, including warm-ups

Metcon

100 Double unders
400m Run
M.E. Renegade Rows (35s/20s) in remaining time.
Score is TOTAL REPS (including dubs and run. Run = 40 reps)
Rx+ = 50s/35s
