200m run

A. Strength: Deadlift (10:00)
Work to a heavy double.

This should not be that heavy.

B. Conditioning:
800m run
21 Deadlifts (225/155)

Time Cap: 23 minutes

Coach's Notes:

For those of you thinking you want to wear a vest for this run...try this - don't wear a vest and run faster! It might not be as flashy as a vest but, believe it or not, a fast 800m run can be hard. Also, there are a lot of DLs in this workout...
