Lord of the Ring dips

WU. Shabbata TABATA:
Alternating between
A. Strength: Weighted ring dips
Five attempts to find a heavy triple.
B. Conditioning:
"Lord of the Ring Dips" 
AMRAP 12 mins:
50 double unders
10 ring dips (at a muscle up station)*
2 wall walks.
*Rx athletes will perform ring dips at the muscle up station. Each muscle up counts as a ring dip. If you can't perform a muscle up do the ring dips at the normal station, otherwise as prescribed.
