Grunt Work
"Grunt Work #1"
10 Rounds For Quality:
10 Back Rack Lunges (alternate, you pick the weight)
200ft Suitcase Carry (You pick the weight, switch hands at 100ft)
4 Turkish Get Ups (You pick the weight)
rest 1:00 between rounds

For each movement athletes should pick a weight that is challenging but allows them to go unbroken and maintain solid form throughout. This is the stuff that makes you solid and strong AF. Also, your booty will be on fiya!
