Bench Press and Partner Stuff

WU. 400m run with medball
A. Strength: Bench Press
5 sets to establish a heavy triple.  
3-3-3-3-3
rest 90 seconds between sets
B. Barbell Conditioning
Teams of 2 same-sex athletes complete the following, in order, for time:
50 Back Squats – use a rack
50 Power Cleans
50 Bench Press – use a rack
50 Deadlifts
Men use 185 lbs.
Women use 125 lbs.
