with an empty bar
3 snatch high pulls
3 high hang snatches
3 hang power snatches
A. Strength: Snatch complex
15 minutes to get AHAP
1 snatch high pull + 1 power snatch + 1 hang power snatch
B. Conditioning: 
3 rounds for time:
5 Hang power snatches (135/95)
15 C2B pull ups
5 Hang power snatches (135/95)
15 Burpee over box
*rest 60 seconds between rounds. Record each round's time.
