Hip-hip-hurray for Chest Day!!

A. Strength: Bench Press
4 x 8 @ 65% of your 1RM
B. Accessory work: Ring dips
4 x ME (4 attemps to complete as many reps as possible) about 90 secs between sets.
Record number of reps in each set. 
If you cannot complete ring dips you will have 4 sets of max time holding the top position of a ring dip. Record times for each attempt.
C. Conditioning:
For time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Push ups
Box jumps
Ball slams (30/20)
Chest DAYYY!!!
