3-5 x 1 @85% of your 1RM

B. Conditioning
EMOTM 14
ODD: 7 Deadlifts 255/175
Even: 7 Strict Ring Dips (Rx+ from Muscle up station)

You may substitute Tuesday’s conditioning if you didnt get a chance to do it yet.
 

Extra Credit: Do the W.O.W. or the R.O.W.
