Good luck to all out competitors in Saturday's "Barbells for Bullies" competition!

WU:
"Rowling"
Coach will explain.
A. Strength: Deadlift  (10 minutes)
Work up to a moderate 5. Lift by feel. 

B. Conditioning:
3 rounds for time:
800m run
200m farmer's carry  (70s/53s)
20 KB deadlifts (70s/53s)

Athletes should pick a pair of Kettlebells or Dumbbells they can complete 200 Meters without dropping. 

Time cap: 22 minutes
