4 Clean High pulls
4 Power clean cleans
4 Hang power cleans
4 Hang cleans
A. Strength: Clean Complex
15 minutes to work up to a heavy complex of:
1 power  clean + 3 hang power cleans + 1 jerk
Find a heavy weight that you can repeat for 3 sets with no misses.
B. Conditioning:
"Black and Blue"
5 Rounds for time:
10 power cleans (135/95)
10 burpees
