Rest 2:00 between sets x 4 Rounds

Try to use the same weight across. (+/- 10#)

B. Conditioning
800m Run (buy in)
Directly into
4-8-12-16-20-24 etc

Extra Credit: Sled Drag
5-10 x 50m As fast as possible.
Rx = 135/95 added to sled
