Mobility: Shoulders/rotator cuff stuff, hips, knees, ankles.

WU: Pizza Deliver Game (5 burpees)

A. Conditioning:


5 Rounds for time:

20 Pull ups

30 Push ups

40 Sit ups

50 air squats

rest exactly 3 minutes between rounds

Record the time you finish the 5th round (includes rest time)

"Barbara" is a benchmark or "Girl" workout out. If you Rx this WOD you might find yourself immortalized on our leader board. 

Time cap: 45 minutes

When you're feeling amazing, RX...and then get capped.
