alternate between push ups and planks
A. Strength: Weighted pull ups
7 minutes to work up to a heavy 3 
then:
EMOTM for 3 minutes
3 pull ups @90% of your heavy 3
B. Conditioning:
6 Rounds for time:
400m run
10 Box jumps
10 Burpee pull ups
Dear Lawd,
