3 RFQ:
With a light DB
8 Alt. DB Snatches
8 DB OH lunges
32 Double Unders

A. Strength: Snatches (15 minutes)
5 minutes to warm up

2 Snatches @65-75%

You may climb (within this weight range) or settle into a weight your feelin'. Either way, today's focus should be quality lifts and no misses!

B. CrossFit Games Team Series Workout #4 (modified)
5 Rounds for time:
50 Double Unders
20* DB OH Lunges (50/35, one DB overhead, 10/10)

Time Cap: 15 minutes

*Original workout is 50ft OH walking Lunges.

Extra Credit: Russian Twists

100 Russian Twists with a 35/25lb DB

  • Left+Right = 1 rep
  • Slow is better and harder than fast, so take your time. Time under tension is key!
