Work to a heavy triple.

The main focus here is footwork.

B. Conditioning:

With a Partner

AMRAP 20
100 KBs (53/35) Buy in (divide anyway you choose as long as its equal)
Directly into:
4 Push jerks (135/95)
6 Strict pull ups
8 T2B
Switch every round.
