Warm-up

5 Man-makers
10 V-Ups
(start light, you may go up in weight every round)

Metcon
AMRAP 30

With a partner:
12 rounds of DB DT (50s/35s, 6 rounds each)
Immediately into:
ME Bench presses (165/105)
After each athlete completes a set on the bench both athletes must complete 20 synchro Sit-ups

Score = total Bench Presses

For the DT Section: alternate after full rounds
For the bench section:
Player 1 ME Bench
Player 2 ME Bench
20 Synchro Sit ups
Repeat until time runs out.
