Hang clean and Jerk complex.
KBs, Burpees and a BFM run

A. Hang Clean + 1 Jerk (just above knee) – 15 minutes to work to a max triple for the day.
B. 5 RFT
15 KBs (1.5 pood/1 pood)
15 burpees
1 Bill Murray run
This metcon is meant to be unbroken and fast. 20 min cap. (Coach Elie's time to beat 13:09)
