A. Strength: Low Bar Back Squat
5 x 3 @ 70% of your high bar 1RM

 

B. Conditioning

Partner vs. Partner

AMRAP 10

Partner 1:

10 pull ups + 40 double unders

Partner 2:

ME wallballs

 

Partners switch when partner completes the pull ups and dubs


Score is total wallballs. Athlete with most wallballs wins a double high five!!

 

Extra Credit: Meal Prep.
