A. Conditioning
With you Vest Buddy

For time:

400m Run (together)
50 Synchronized Pull Ups (chin over the bar at the same time)
50 Synchronized Push ups (Chest on floor and full extension at the same time)
100 Synchronized Sit ups (high-five at top)
150 Synchronized Squats (Bottom and top same time)

400m run (together)

Rx = Wear a vest. If you plan on wearing a vest during "Murph" today is a good time to get a taste.
