HSPU skill work (15 mins)
B. Conditioning:

10 C2B*
15 KBs* (70/53)
400m run
*Each set of each movement is to be performed UNBROKEN. A break in movement = 5 burpees. 
Strict 15 minute cap.  Scale accordingly and run fast.
