Clean complex:

7 Hang power cleans (just above knee)

7 Front squats

7 Strict presses

x 3

A. Strength: Hang power cleans

15 minutes to find a heavy triple

Conditioning:

For time, with a partner:

200 Wallballs

100 Pull ups

100 Air squats

50 KBs (70/53)

Time cap: 20 minutes

Work as a team. Divide reps anyway you want as long as its 50/50.  Let's GOOO!!!

When the dust has settled and you and your partner survive a brutal WOD together.
